Your best bet is to buy a Macbook Pro, and you can get Final cut for free online. Just search for the torrent and use a torrent client to get it.
Final cut is not on it's own all that better than Adobe Premiere, but when you use it with stuffs like Live Type, then yes it has more power.
Google up schools teaching Final cut in Nigeria. But then if you are serious you will get the equipments and just teach yourself. There are lots of free tutorials online.
Good luck in your search though.

I feel that getting an expensive Macbook for the sake of Final Cut Pro is a waste of money. Use Windows & Vegas . Expensive? You get what you pay for. Which other laptop out there compares to laptops from Apple? Macbooks will run Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. With built in iSight, Sudden motion sensor, illuminated keyboards, Apple remote, Front Row, Photo booth, wi-fi 802.11n, MagSafe Power Adapter, 6x slot-loading SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW). Even my 3 year old powerbook is better than most windows laptops, with all that their ugly stickers. Mac OS X Tiger is still years ahead of Vista, and wait till Leopard comes out. I use both Windows and Mac, and i know what's better. http://youtube.com/watch?v=TxNYxzSjsNs&mode=related&search=http://youtube.com/watch?v=YPuwuhXDbMohttp://youtube.com/watch?v=vdCvVVFJdns&mode=related&search=It's fine if people want to buy cheaper products, but don't think you will get the same thing you get in a Macbook.
