Cmos Error

my win 98 system is displaying cmos error, it display press F1 OR f2 WHICH I DID but could

not solve the problem.please help.

I suggest that you get a computer technician to look into the problem.  If I give you advice, you may damage other things.

@Jesu seun,

your system board's CMOS battery is probably dead.
since you have little knowledge about system hadware i'll suggest u take it to any repair shop.

the battery will cost you about 100 naira - plus or minus . just get anyone who knows his way about BIOS settings  to fix it for you.
