How Hard Could Medicine Be Should I Start The Course Please Read

hi everybody, i was going to study medicine (igbinedion okada) but i heared it's very difficult to graduate succesfully as it is a hard course even them nigerian genius complain, i am not very good in school but i managed to pass exams and gained admission, the problem is what is the worst thing that could happen if i start medicine and find too dificult, will i have to repeat or get sent off the school because i don't want to start something i'll have to drop after working hard and paying lot of money, should i do something like nursing or try and do medicine and see what happens, i'm worried and confused please say something. thanks has anyone wish they didn't start the course at all or they wish they had a chance to do this

Medicine is a pretty difficultt course but ultimately rewarding. Anyone can do it if only they would apply themselves accordingly. However because it's a pretty tough area( human lives involved), one's motives are quite important. I know from experience that it is very easy to feel down and out due to the amount of work required but if you're doing it for the right reason and enjoy the subject matter then it becomes a doddle. An important indicator is if studying is a chore for you then medicine definately isn't your thing. As well you have to be compassionate and resilient because all your mental and emotional resources will be severely tested. Imagine rooting through loads of people daily and having to recall diverse information at the snap of a finger while trying to be caring at the same time. Not the easiest thing in the world. All in all it is very rewarding and fulfilling because if it wasn't nobody would do it. I'm doing it and i can testify that it is great fun. Medical professionals are among the greatest people in the world. Join the medical profession but do it for the right reason.money and prestige is as good a reason as any.Oh did i say that the last sentence was a sarcastic one.

hey girl,medicine is fun and fantastic,im in the system (my finals) and i can tell u i've enjoyed every minute of these years.its kind of challenging though especially at the start but once ure started theres no stopping u.only that now it may mean less partying.go girl! its a doctors world.
