NIGERIA: how can i deal with this country
« on: December 09, 2005, 03:19 PM »

Hust of recent I read in www.nigeriaworld.com about the reaction of the people about the on the encryption of the Arabic word on Nigeria notes.  To me I don't understand why this should be in Nigeria note since Nigeria is neither an Arabic country nor an Islamic country.  Some people argue that the encryption is not an Arabic that it is Hausa language translating the amounts in Hausa for the northerners who doesn't know how to read.  What a dumb argument is this?  Even among the Hausa's how many of them can read their own language, my grandmother that is 90 years old she can identify these notes by their colours, that is why our money is so colorful, from red to green to blue and so on. saying that some people can't identify these is just a mere excuse. what of the illiterates from the Yoruba's, igbos, ijaws, edos, and others like that, what arrangement do we make for these people. i urge our government to stop this kind stupid behaviors before it leads to something else.

just because they don't go to school means that we should be giving them more attention. their leaders make their region unfriendly to others then they want the whole Nigeria to be miserably. the Hausa's are like parasite they have nothing to contribute to the  development of Nigeria, all they do is to take and never give back.
in another issue, the igbos want to break from Nigeria and we are making noise. who give a f@#k if they break. i wish Yoruba's too breaks and lets see who is going to suffer most. i know is neither Yoruba's nor igbos because these two region have what it takes to stand on their own. some people says united we stand divided we fall but i realized that that is not for Nigeria. in Nigeria we say DIVIDED WE STAND UNITED WE FALL

Yeah! You have really made a good suggestion. I wonder where nigeria is driving to. A times i begin to think what that arabic is their for. If they are putting it their for hausa they should also put it for other tribes to make it complete. It makes no sense been tribal in everything in nigeria.

The only thing i believe is that Nigerians have to grow up and look besides petty differences to make our country better
