yea the bank doesnt train immediately.u will av to spend about 6months on the job training aft6a wich u go for a 2months training.then u will bcome a confirmed staff.but due to the nigerian factor with organisation u mite not go 4 trainin till a year has elapse.hope av answered your question.
u wont be a confirmed staff after training school at all. u still have to be an AO1 for 9 months after which u will then be confirmed.
