There is an American Doctor that normally appears on one of the Health Channels on Sky TV in UK, I've forgotten his name but he is also called Doctor Vagina and is an expert in Vaginal Surgery. He specialises in reducing the size by simple laser techniques developed by him.

There is also the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Inst of Los Angeles where similar Vaginal Tightening remedies are done through Laser technology. Sexual gratification for the female is directly related to the amount of frictional forces generated. This can be accomplished by effectively enhancing the vaginal muscle tone, strength, and control through Laser treatment . It will effectively decrease the internal and external vaginal diameters as well as build up and strengthen the perineal body (the area immediately outside the vagina and above the anus). Give it a try baby, you are not alone.

JUST DO THE EXERCISE AS SUGGESTED ABOVE BUT YOUR  HUSBAND SHOULD BE CONSIDERATE AND REALIZE  THAT THE VAGINA WILL NOT BE AS FRESH AS IT WAS,  BEFORE THE CHILD BIRTH.

Poor Lady, I pity you. Just try this substance called "alum". Soak it in a small bowl of water and allow it to dissolve for about two to five minutes. During bathing, wash the vagina with it. Make sure the washing is deep. Thereafter, call your husband for an adventure. I can tell u that he won't forget the experience. Try and exercise your vaginal muscles too

Kegel exercises strengthen pelvic floor muscles, the muscles that stretch during childbirth. They help improve sexual pleasure (more intense orgasms) by making the muscles stronger and more elastic, and they can improve bladder tone so that you don't leak urine. They won't, however, actually make your vagina smaller, but they can make the opening tighter.

Here's how to do Kegel exercises:

When you're peeing, clench (without your hands) your muscles to stop the flow of urine for about four seconds. Then release those same muscles to let the urine flow again. These are your pelvic floor muscles; these are the muscles you'll be exercising when you do Kegels.
If you want to check and make sure that you're using the right muscles, put a finger or two into your vagina. Tighten the muscles. If you can feel your fingers being squeezed (even just a little), then you've located the right muscles.
About five to ten times a day, repeat the Kegels ten times per session.
It can take up to 8 - 10 weeks to notice improvement, and there will most certainly be improvement. Like any kind of weight lifting or muscle building exercises, Kegels take time to make a difference! (Adding a vaginal barbell to your regular Kegel exercise routine can help. They are available at specialty stores that carry sex toys or sexual enhancement items.)
If you do Kegel exercises enthusiastically and regularly, and notice no change at all, ask your health care provider about other methods to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, including:

Vaginal cones
These objects are weighted, tampon-sized devices that a woman puts into her vagina and holds there. A set of cones increases gradually in weight. One starts with the lightest cone, inserts it into the vagina, and squeezes the muscles to hold it in place. This is done twice a day, for about fifteen minutes per session, while going about one's usual activities. When a woman is successful at keeping the cone in place, she can move on to the next heavier cone, working her way up to the heaviest.

Electrical stimulation (called NMES or Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation)
This method uses a probe in the vagina to stimulate the muscles of the pelvic floor with an electric current, which causes the muscles to contract and relax. Treatments are performed every one to four days and last about 20 minutes per session. Depending on the situation, one might do these treatments for a few weeks, or longer. Some health care providers perform these sessions in their offices; others prescribe home units for their patients.

NeocontrolTM
This is a special chair that uses magnetic fields to stimulate the muscles of the pelvic floor. These treatments are usually administered by a technician or nurse in a urologist's office in 20 - 30 minute sessions, twice a week, for about eight weeks.

Dear worried mom,

please endure with the pelvic muscle excercises, you also can do thiswhile urinating by triying to stop your urine midway and then continuing again.

i don't know about potash, it might do more harm than good but i've heard about allum and it  sounds more realistic to me (you dissolve some in a little water and wash your vag with it )

in the meantime u can try thighning your vag muscle during love making your hubby will enjoy it, i'm writing from experience. u consciously tighten your vag muscle each time he thrusts in u as if u're trying to grip his privates with your vag.

All the best! Wink

My sister take LADY T'S advice and solutions.infact try to get her email and communicate more with her offline that is if she can accept to help you more, than here in the public, I believe that will be more useful, every woman needs and experience woman to be a woman.

As for you seun, I wonder  if you are douting the creation of GOD,are you saying the GOD made a mistake tha way HE creat Women? are you so selfish that you can't allow your wife have God's destined normal way of delivery, just for your selfish pleasure? what if shez can't have another child after that? what is she died on the process? I can't believe you are sujesting things like that. And I pray that God gives you a woman that can never accept your offer.

As for men in General, any man who can not appreciate her wife after birth is a BEAST! We all cry to this wonderful women, I love you, I will Die for, can you marry me? my life is nothing without you, please give me a baby, infact be the mother of all my chilldren, only for some BEAST to come up later and talk TRASH.
No man have any right whatsoever to complain about his wife after childbirth, rather console her ,tell her you enjoy it now thats is more loose, and whe it eventually tighten up a bit apreciate her more till you put another baby in her womb, same thing repeat itself.

All the same Seun I love you,no bad feeling. Lady T, please if oyu can help here offline please do.

Think the whole topic is a bit silly. I don't want to sound judgemental but surely your husband should see more in you than the tightness of your vagina!

If you are single it may sound like a silly topic, but when you get married you will find out that they are sensitive issues that have impacting consequences between couples. Even in some Nigerian cultures, Mothers teach and groom their daughters how to "maintain " themselves before stepping into the matrimonial home.

At least the mother has done her part to inculcate into their daughters the principles of virtue ,good character and the ability to look after her husband at home. If the man cheats ,its not the womans fault. Stretching the logic further, a man will cheat even if the wife's vagina is tight or not. Its a matter of integrity in marriage.

@iam worried, marriage is a two-way thing.the woman plays her part, which she has done by giving the guy a baby,if the guy finds her now loose, and no longer enjoys the tightness of the woman he loves, which means the man's genital is on the small side.it is advisable he goes for an enlargement.
It is safe and convinient for all men who wants to keep their marriage.
