CS is only for births with complication or doctor recommended for a reason. Health problems and such. They are much more life threatening and may leave a scar. Painful I think but never had a CS. If like most procedures that cut you, the next day or two sucks! Epidural (IV drugs in spinal cord) makes from the waist down numb so birth is less painful. Always ovoid going under the knife until at whits end. Being put to sleep is ok,, IF you wake up! They put you to sleep for CS? I dunno. Avoid them both!
Herbs and pills NO NOT WORK for either sex. They are just a scam for overpriced herbs/vitamins that can be found at GNC for 1/10 the price. Maybe even Wal-Mart. All they do is increase blood flow down below. Claim to anyway. No scientific proof. Just good advertising and dumb consumers. Don't ever believe what you read on the net from one site. Confirm it from many sites. Maybe then its half true!
Vaginal reconstruction makes things worse 50% of the time from the complaint's I've seen. Many end up being more "loose" after the procedure. Loss of sensation from scaring is very common. Wife and I looked at this option a while back. Loss of orgasm did not compute.

NO! If no insertion the increased blood flow should make it all swell up. More blood flowing = more sensation. Tenting her noticeably usually requires lots of foreplay or something inserted.

Doc's in US just give you a pill(or 3). No pill for the condition, no help or good advise most of the time. Pill or surgery. Thats it! If ins. will even cover the procedure!
Watching my wife give birth was amazing to say the least. Creates scar(thats bad, dead skin) tissue sometimes that can make it feel different for both. If its loose and not scared all you need to do is exercise the floor muscles. Takes time, determination and persistence. Everyday until old as dirt. All women should do them for good healthy reproductive organs. Pee leaking or uncontrollably and uterus dropping are from weak floor muscles. Many more preventable conditions also. Muscles lose elasticity with age in all of us. If not used it will just get weaker like any other muscle. Men have this same muscle and exercise is need for good health, better orgasm and avoid dysfunction.

How many years did you NOT do them? Takes years!!! Squeeze 1 finger when inserted? Can you hold it in if trying to pull it out? Now do 2 or 3 fingers. Feel the difference? Ping pong balls are good to try and hold in. Strong floor muscles can make em fly across the room at will. No joke! Don't give up! They must be done properly which comes with experience, control and knowledge of your body. Many give up before they learn to use only the correct muscles.

Sorry for your worries but you are a NORMAL WOMAN! He needs to step it up! Kegels work if done right with time but not overnight. Kegalmaster is a product made for this. Also Ben wa balls, barbells(not gym kind), etc. can assist. Myself is a good one. Shows your progress. Medical grade will cost $300+. None are needed but may help. If it is easy it more than likely does not work.
Everyone is of different shape and size, back to front, top to bottom, in and out. Some couples have sex organs that just "fit" and match in size better. Most couples don't match cause life is not perfect and love is blind to little quirks. Some not so little. This is the problem your having. Don't fear, you're not alone. Loose is normal for all the sexually experienced and/or mothers. Tenting(relaxing) is normal during intercourse. Muscles get tired and stretched after a little while. Some only take 5 mins(bad) other last for 1 hr(very good) or more before it happens. 30 mins is average. You should notice this time increase with kegels. Its tented when quiffs start and he loses sensation from lack of friction/pressure. But he did it! Not your fault. Also normal. Sound of love the French say. IIRC, dilates 7-9 cm for birth? Then a kids head? All men are very small in comparison.
Both of you have work to do! Kegel are not only for women. Both of you, but mostly him lacking, in size or know how, what you now need is half the issue, i think. He needs to learn not to be selfish and he'll be rewarded. LOL! A selfish man? Imagine that!
