I think i agree with ladyT suggestion she must be a sweetheart.
   You also needs to do PC exercise. (pubbocoxygennus muscle)   It is the ultimate and it will help u so much that your husband will wonder if u ever gave birth to a child before.
   After teaching my girlfriend how to use the PC Muscle, she use it to grab me as if am fucking a virgin. u can use it to squeezes any peniss not regarding the size.
   I learnt  when i was do privates enlargement program. and woman use it to form as if they re v-mobile (virgin). so don't doubt me it will surely work.

VAGINAL MUSCLE (KEGEL) EXERCISES
Good vaginal muscle tone and control are important for several reasons:
•   SUPPORT OF THE BLADDER: Certain circumstances, especially childbirth and hysterectomy, can lead to a dropping down of the bladder. This can result in loss of control and leakage of urine due to sneezing, coughing, laughing, running or straining.
•   PROPER PLACEMENT OF THE CONTRACEPTIVE DIAPHRAGM.
•   SEXUAL RELATIONS: Increased interest, greater participation and more satisfaction.
•   REDUCED CHANCE OF VAGINAL INFECTIONS: By bringing an increased blood supply to the vaginal lining.
In order to improve your tone and control begin by urinating with your legs spread apart. Start and stop the stream several times. After you have done this, get into a comfortable position when you are lying in bed. Put one or two fingers inside the vagina and imagine that you are starting and stopping the urinary stream. You will notice that the muscles on the sides of the vagina put pressure on your fingers. Experiment to determine the way of contracting these muscles that puts the maximum pressure on your fingers. Make sure you experience a drawing up or pulling inward rather than a bearing down. When you have learned how to do this incorporate these exercises into your daily routine. First, rapidly contract the vaginal muscles as forcefully as possible and then release. Do this 10 times. Second, contract the muscles forcefully and hold for 10 seconds. Do this 3 times. When you're contracting your vaginal muscles make sure your abdominal muscles and buttocks are relaxed.
You can incorporate this exercise into your daily schedule so you do it often during the day. You might do these exercises when you comb your hair, brush your teeth, put makeup on, take makeup off, wait for a traffic light, ride in an elevator, watch a TV commercial or answer the telephone. The more you do the exercises the faster you will notice the results. Especially in the beginning it is important that you occasionally put one or two fingers inside the vagina to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.





 
When a woman has an orgasm, she is exercising her sexual muscles, which play a big part in her orgasmic response and are partly responsible for her orgasmic capacity. If you have weak sexual muscles, you may have a hard time having an orgasm, or, at the very least, you will not have the powerful orgasms that you could be having. To have powerful, intense, and, especially, female-ejaculatory orgasms, you must have strong sexual muscles. The good news is that there are several exercises that can strengthen them.

Your sexual muscles are the muscles of the pelvic floor, your Pubococcygeus or PC muscle, and your vaginal and anal muscles, which are all connected and play a big role in sexual response and orgasmic capacity. Kegel exercises can be used to strengthen your PC and other sexual muscles. Kegel exercises, or just Kegels for short, are named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, the gynecologist who first advised the use of the exercises.

However, these exercises were known long before Dr. Kegel, having been practiced by ancient Taoist and Tantric practitioners for thousands of years. Whereas the Kegel version is only concerned with muscle strengthening, the Taoist and Tantric versions of the exercises also deal with energy circulation. The exercises below are a combined version of both types with an additional exercise included.

Vaginal Strengthening Exercises: Flex your PC muscles (vaginal and anal muscles) as if you are sucking your vagina and anus up into your body. Hold the flex as described, and then release and relax your muscles.

1) Quick Flex:
Flex your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 2 seconds, and then completely relax the muscle. That is one rep. Wait 1 second between reps.

2) Slow Flex:
Slowly flex your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 15 seconds, and then release slowly, completely relaxing the muscle. That is one rep. Wait 5 seconds between reps.

3) Super Flex:
Slowly flex your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for as long as you can up to 60 seconds, and then release. That is one rep. Wait 30 seconds between reps.
 
4) Push Out:
This exercise will help you develop the ability to ejaculate and to expel the ejaculate from your body. In this exercise, you are going to push out slowly with your vaginal muscles as if you are trying to push an object out of your vagina, hold for 5-10 seconds, and then release slowly, completely relaxing the muscle. That is one rep. Wait 5 seconds between reps.

Daily Vaginal Strengthening Exercises Program

Quick Flex: 20-100 reps (add ten reps per week) x 1 set. Add 1 set every 2 weeks. Work up to 4 sets daily.
Slow Flex: 10-25 reps (add 3 reps per week) x 1 set. Add 1 set every 2 weeks. Work up to 4 sets daily.
Super Flex: 1-10 reps (add 1 rep per week) x 1 set. Add 1 set every 2 weeks. Work up to 4 sets daily.
Push Out: 10-25 reps (add 3 reps per week) x 1 set. Add 1 set every 2 weeks. Work up to 4 sets daily.

Just as with any exercise program, you should start out slowly and build up over time. Start with the lowest number of repetitions and sets and increase the number of each as suggested. You can do the entire program at one session, or you can split the exercises into several sessions throughout the day. However, it is important to do every exercise daily in order to make progress. After being on this program for 4-8 weeks you should have dramatically increased your sexual muscle tone, while also dramatically increasing your capacity for sexual pleasure.

Sean you are an ignorant piece of ****. I gave birth naturally and felt little to no pain and have tightened up fine. You telling your wife to get a C-section is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my life. First of all, it should be HER decision with absolutely NO input from you whatsoever unless she asks you what you think. Secondly, my mother had to have a C-section with my twin brothers and now has a flabby loose tummy because of it. So as long as you're going to be selfish about the beauty of your wife giving birth, that will definitely bother you as well to look at your wife's saggy tummy that will never be able to go back to normal because they cut through the stomach muscles.

It is extremely painful and even if you look up how long women should keep from doing strenuous tasks after she gives birth, the time is much longer for C-sections than even natural childbirth needing an episiotomy.

You are a selfish, selfish man and I wouldn't doubt an awful husband. My husband would never dream of saying anything like that to me even if my vagina HAD loosened up (which it hasn't at all). Be grateful for your new child in the world and your lovely and brave wife going through childbirth to begin with.

U  don't have to wash your privates with potarsh. Just add some grounded potash and salt into a potty/bucket of hot water and bend over like u're sitting on it, that is, u let the steam heat your private parts. Do this for like 5-10mins everyday for like 2weeks after U just delivered. It works real good.
Mr Seun, having CS is a very terrible experience for women. Apart from the horrible pains they go through,  it kind of gives women a sense of unfulfilment plus d fact that they're limited to having 3kids and if they can risk it, at most 4. They go through the pain for a long time, the scar is there to nurse (if u're lucky it doesn't turn to a bump). The only pain in a normal childbirth is d labour pain so what are we saying?

I have to agree with most of the guys here that talked about the kegel exercises.   I did them for only a couple days and I have already feel the difference, so imagine weeks and months.  I also notice that my boyfriend was having a good time trying to get inside, because he made certain sounds and said certain things that made me realize he felt the difference.  So let me just say this again, to any woman out there having this problem, do your KEGELS.  At first it felt like nothing was happening but trust me, it will happen.  I try to do them as much as possible throughout the day or when ever i remember, especially when am on the computer and definitely when am feeding the baby.  I had a baby four months ago, so i also was feeling differently about my private during sex.  My boyfriend is not the type to say anything to try hurt my feelings, but i knew he felt the difference in me too after giving birth.  Also, a extra tip, douche every now and then with vinegar and water. Or while you're having a bath, which is important to soak every now and then instead of showering, place the douch bottle in the tub of warm water then use.

I had CS during my child birth and I'll do it again and again.   CS is painful and expensive but it's worth it.  The advantage is that , you will always  look young and your cunt is intact.
The disadvantage  i've seen in it so far is that your tummy takes a long time to come down due to the unrelaxed muscles
