I swear common sense is becoming scarce on this board.

But i will advise you to get a younger babe who you know has a boy friend and ask her how she does it to be tyte.

What part of "this is an issue because she recently had baby" dont you understand? so what does a "younger babe" have to do with anything?

losers already chalked it up to he being "old", dont even know how old the OP is.

Interesting. I actually discovered that my wife was tighter after our second child, foreplay had to be longer and more intense otherwise I wouldn't be able to get in. The second child was born outside naija and apparently there was a tear so I guess the over zelous doctor must have sewn her tighter than normal.

I believe their are surgical procedures to tighten the viginal if exercise doesn't work, see your doctor for advise.

Pelvic floor exercises, pelvic floor exercises, pelvic floor exercises and more pelvic floor exercises.

Do lots of foreplay with your husband to temporarily get his mind off your vagina while it tries to get back into shape.

wouldn't lots of foreplay make her more loose Undecided and  although i mention pelvic floor my self, it is hard as hell to master it took me one year to get it right enough to see a difference 12 years on, perfect and pelvic floor exercise must be done all day, every day.

some one mention what it was, and how to do it, but it is as simple as this, just pretend you are stopping your wee in mid flow, that is how you do it.

all day long, every day until you feel the difference  Wink  Wink

Thank you all for all your posts although some of it were really funny. Keagal's exercises and pelvic floor exercises are the same. My doctor recommended it when i told him about my husband's complains but they seem not to be working. It was my young wild female cousin that suggested i use potash. She claimed she once dated a doctor that told her to rinse her vagina with it. She said the doctor claimed she felt tighter after that. I am quite scared to do this. Has someone else tried this? I think i will see a local herb seller has someone has suggested. I would have bought the imported shrinka but i have my doubts regarding oyinbo herbs. My husband is a loving man that i know cannot cheat on me. Our dating and courtship days were just so nice and full of fun. Marital life with him has been very blissful and fulfilling. Our sex life has been awesome,  Until i had my baby. My baby weighed 3.7kg. I had him by natural birth with no tear or complications. I am ready and more than willing to get pregnant for my second child but my husband is against it. He says he is okay with our little boy for now. He seems to lay more focus on a healthy marital life with satisfying love making than turning me into a baby machine. We engage in foreplay a lot before the real thing and he still complains about the looseness. My husband is also well endowed which makes me really sad to think of how 'loose' i have become that he cant feel me. I need some useful suggestions and recommendations. Reconstructive surgery to repair my vagina is out of it o! Lastly, i am against CS. Although, sometimes i wished i had a tear,  Maybe that way, my doctor would have sewed me up real tight!

I have a cousin in Europe who's doctor advised her to do a CS even at 8 month after seeing her size/weight. She had twin boys. I think we in this part of the world take CS too Undecided Huh Lips sealed seriously

@harizone Yeah as a man you can suggest CS but would you like to undergo any form of major operation if there is really no need for it?

@iamworried there some sex positions and styles which make the vagina feel tighter, maybe u should do some research on this. I would have mentioned some but there are too many kids on this thread.

Maybe, just maybe, the man could help out by enlarging his u-know-what. No offence meant, but it could go either way. After all, it takes two to tango.

If you cant listen to the advise the doctor has given you why in Gods name would you ask us for advise?

Im strongly against stuffing strange herbs and potions into your vagina but if you do good luck to you!

You need to do more pelvic floor excercises do ten at least 3-4 times a day.

The muscle is weak only excercise will tighten it back up again.

Its like going to the gym it takes a bit of time before you see results!

Try lying on your stomach during sex that makes the vagina feel tighter.  Theres other stlyes cant think of them right now.  Search the internet you will find them.

This might be the best answer, but I think you should be patient with your exercises.   It might just take some time.

"I promise you that in the UK you can't say 'I want a caesarean' and just get it unless you go private. They are only done on the NHS in cases of emergency or when the doctor really believes it is medically essential".

English, you said in private huh? This means that it is done anyways. NHS can't grant such requests 'cause they're under the government and will not spend money to grant such 'personal requests' without medical indication.

You seem to have made up your mind on local herbs or whatever you call it. You just looking for someone to confirm how 'good' it works. Undecided

What other "useful suggestions and recommendations" are you looking for other than what you've been told? You even despised your doctors efforts. What exactly d'u want us to do for u?

Out of every suggestions given, you seem to prefer the "local herb". Then go for it and suit yourself.

@Iamworried

Don't worry, what you are going through is normal.

This is what you do, don't take showers unless you are in a hurry. Take baths as much as possible and soak, when you are soaking do the kagels in the warm water. When you get out of the tub, still do the kagles. Do kagles as much as possible but here is the key - When you and your husband engage in sex, while he is in you, do the Kagels. I am telling you, this will work.

When your husband goes in, you open up your vaginal muscles, when he pulls out, with all your might, you close your vaginal muscles. Always do that when you are having sex with him and stay on his rhythm, he will enjoy this and so will you. You will see that as time goes by, your vagina walls will shrink back to is normal tightness but to keep it tight you must exercise it and treat it well. Don't tell him what you are doing and keep it your little secret. Wink

If you want to jump start your tightness before the muscles kick in from the exercising, in your bath water put some Alum into the bath water and soak before you bath, this will work trust me, I know.

Please let me know if you tried this and how it went. I am sure you will be pleased with the results.

@ ladyt and radiant    most especially radiant. I do not like what you ladies are saying. Radiant, are you married? Are you a mother? I wrote it clearly in my post that i have been doing the exercises religiously for 6months and no improvement. I also stated that this problem is beginning to affect my lovelife/marriage with my husband. What i am supposed to do? Keep on squeezing my vagina still my marriage is ruined?? I stated clearly that i needed urgent help. We all know that there are herbal remedies to almost all ailments. Doctors know this too but do not like suggesting this, maybe because it is against d ethics of their profession. I need candid advise from women who have gone through what i am facing or men whose wives have gone through this experience.
@ sista   i am grateful. I will surely try what you have suggested. Its obvious you have some experience in this.   I cant just fold my eyes and watch my marriage slowly begin to crumble just because my husband no longer finds sexual satisfaction with me thanks to child birth.

@Iamworried

I only have one child, when she was born she was 8 pounds and 7 ounces. I got torn and the doctors stitched me back up but the stitches came loose in two days so I had to heal on my own. Let me tell you, my stuff wasn't feeling the same for almost a year but you can't give up. Let me tell you right now, my stuff is tighter than ever because I am always doing those kagels and I do them when I am engaging in sexual intercourse, it's really fun and you will get more orgasms when you do the kagels while you engage in sexual intercourse. Your stuff will be tight again, trust and believe it will if you just follow the instructions I gave you. Your man will be very happy and so will you.  Cheesy

girl,
u don't need to put any crap in your sv(south virginia) u might be asking for trouble(infections that could lead to bigger problems,  infertility, among others)
first of all, do you realise the body need to heal after childbirth? how long depend on each indiviadual person. with time and the kegel your sv will retain a certain amount of elasticity, it would be unrealistic to expect the elascticity to be the same as before u gave birth. u and your hubby need to  be creative in the bedroom u 'll be suprised to know your sexlife can be hotter and more furfilling.
please o, you  don't want shrinkage --- shrinkage leads dryness of the vaginal walls and that leads to abrassion which results in infections and painful sex!

seun:
the advantages of natural childbirth for the child and mother far outweighs the minor inconvenience of having a less  tight sv.

@ iamworried, i strongly advise you against using potash as a friend of mine used it (after she slept with many men, she became enlarged) and when she slept with her boyfie, she was tight but when they wanted to do the second round, she went back to her usual ''loose'' size and even became looser than she was originally. So the guy knew, that there was something fishy.

I still advise you to take it easy and do the exercises but don't expect it to work overnight because you're really anxious and that won't solve matters. I also maintain you do foreplay so that your husband's mind can be off sex temporarily till your body gets back into shape. And if its not great, then do anal ( Grin), at least that should be very very extremely tight, i don't know.

Please don't use potash as it will worsen it after a round. Don't worsen the case.
