During the early 80's in the Philippines, so called "pene films" or (penetration films) became famous.  There were actual penetration scenes by actors.  Movies such as "Scorpion Nights" starring Anna Marie Guiterrez was so famous that they made a remake early 2000. But the remake had no actual sex anymore. The film's director had numerous awards and recognitions.  Other penetration films featured actresses as young as 14 to 17.  Lala Montelibano was famous for being so underage. One famous beauty queen who became one of those "pene" actresses is Maria Isabel Lopez.  These actresses never got a good career after their make. Most of them went into seclusion today.

Some french and Italian films also have actual sex.

In most movies,the sex you see is mostly simulated, it is not real. That is why they are called "ACTOR".They just make things seem real. Body parts may be exposed and cameras are positioned at certain angles with effective lighting  to capture certain scenes.The ambience of the stage is made to envelop the errotic scenes, thus giving you the viewer the idea that it is all real. G-strings in nude colours matching the skin are worn to re-enforce nakedness and nudity in the mind of the viewer.

Most times it is make-believe unless you are watching PORN where they are actually paid to have pure sex with both phalluses and vulvas exposed to the public, anyway,that is why they are called PORN or BLUE movies as the name implies.

i doubt if they really do have sex at those spots when they are acting but am of the thought that after playing some roles together in bed and they seem to enjoy themselves, they might fix up a time to hook up omewhere and enjoy themselves, bt u know, both have to feel the tingling sensations that will have to drive them to this level,
