Yoruba people call Igbos 'omo nna', Igbos call Yoruba 'Ngbati' Hausa's are sometimes called 'mullah' or 'aboki', its just a way to differentiate and identify groups, I don't think there's any deep seated animosity there, its a descriptive term in my opinion.
