many people usually chat as if it's impossible to run post graduate program abroad; especially in the US. is this really true?

i beg, inform me of the available scholaships for Nigerian Biochemists intending to run
M Sc/P hD programme in the US.

i also want to get other relevant information in this regard.

excellent opportunities abound for a scholarship for phd degrees.

- how good is your first degree?
- how long have you been out of school?
- GRE scores?
