If Telcom communication is the now Celtel Nigeria. Then it is true.

I am not sure though. Around last year I learnt that are service provider is on its way to nigeria so later vmobile got changed to Celtel.

How does there networking works and i hope they are not going to be like Celtel network because Celtel network is very bad for now and we are praying for them to get hold of there problems.

ive heard of this company too, also that they may buy one of the existing PTOs in nigeria as a stepping stone, since it wont be easy for them to compeet with the GSM companies we have already.

For Mubadala? check HR Agency, they are already recruiting project managers and project engineers through a consortium (Name withheld) outside Nigeria, they are recruiting specilist from MTN, CELTEL, ERICSSON, ADC etc, if you have a close pal (Engineer) in these companies, they will let the cat out to You,  Goodluck all seekers.
