As a matter of fact, yes it is. Forcing your wife to sex against her will is actually rape, even though she is your wife literally. I actually know of a guy here in Norway that had to serve two years in jail because he forced his girlfriend to have sex with him.

It only happens in the western countries where every woman wants a man to treat her like queen eliza! Men get arrested and put in jail for straffing his wife but she enjoyed it while it lasted oh!  It has become a trademark and thats why nowadays, men dey run go naija to marry. I have never heard of such a thing in Naija and Africa as a whole, infact it usually is the other way round - where the wife forces her husband to do the straffing |

Yes, man can rape his own wife. A husband still legally get arrested going to jail on the ground of raping his own wife.
Rape means to force someone no matter what sex (woman, girl, boy, man, stranger, married person, single person, girlfriend, or boyfriend, even elderly woman or elderly man) to have sex that someone do not want having sex, saying "NO!". Rape is automatically arrested going jail that someone presses the charge.
Statutory rape means grown adult (over 18 yr old) to force minor who is under 18 years old to have sex, often done by parent of minor children press the charge to get grown adult arrested for statutory rape on minor children. (Western Countries)
