@sexxxy

I feel your pain and know what it is like. I  lost my dad several years ago. I was in the UK at the time
and in accordance with our religion he was buried even before I got to Nigeria. It was hard at the time
and I really thought I would never get over it.

But time indeed is a healer and now I can look back on his life and the times we had and talk about him without
breaking into tears.

God bless you and your family and I wish him eternal rest. Time will heal the rawness you probably feel right now.

Hi sexxxxy,
Welcome to the club
I have been without a father for 16 years now
They're right
Time heals all wounds
Didn't know I'd get over it
But now,I've learnt to live with it
Before long you'll get used to it babe chill It's well.
The one eating deep into our hearts now is the death of my elder sis
She died of cancer last March
We'll still get over it  life continues
Cheers babe

Oh, sorry my dear, for the demise of your Dad, I could feel how painful, it's going to be.  Just take heart.  I once lost an Uncle 14 years ago, whom I was very close to,  he was a Doctor and just 30yrs Old then. Up till now , I cannot forget him, I still wish I could just bump onto him somewhere, someday but I know  this cannot be possible.

Just take it easy and believe that, he has played his part and it's time for him to leave.  Concentrate on shaping your own future without him and may God help you and others he left behind.

So sorry dear for that great loss.I know how you feel because i am a victim.I lost my dad Dec. 16 2004.It was as if my world had come to an end,but no. My dear, with time, the whole episode would be a thing of the past. You might not know how it would happen, but God is the one that consoles and he would help you forget the bad feelings quickly. Please always cherish your mum, because she is all you have now as parent.Try and make her happy always, because she is the one that was more affected by this death.Again remember, God has said he would be a father to the fatherless, just watch and see, this statement is true i tell you because i am a witness.Cheers.
