My Life, My Writing
« on: January 31, 2007, 06:34 PM »

I prefer writing to talking.
I only watch news and movies.
I don't drink and I don't smoke.
I prefer writing to dating.
I love writing more than any other occupation.

I can read and write in Yoruba.
I also compose poems and hymns in Latin.

I prefer watching human traffic to watching TV.
Most humans bore me, except those who discuss intellectual matters and human leadership.

I find office work very boring and I prefer field work.
I can climb 21 floors to make sure that a tape gets to the broadcasting station and I did this for two years as the production manager of a TV programme in Lagos whenever the elevators broke down.

I hardly go to parties and I don't go to clubs.
I hardly visit.
I love walks and meditations.
I don't know why humans and animals are excited over sex.
I only find sex amusing and do it to amuse myself.
I also see women as amusing and fascinating creatures.

I hate eating eba or garri.
I love beans with fish and dodo (fried plantain)
Water is my best drink.

I cannot be hurt.
Nothing can frighten me, except my fear of God.

Once, there was a coup in Lagos and people kept indoors, but I was walking through it outside until I got to where I was going to.
I have been a fearless refugee child during the Nigerian civil war.

I can be very friendly and equally very deadly.
I can take out any enemy anywhere on earth.

Nothing excites me on earth.
Without God, the world is meaningless to me.

I can empty my bank account for Charity.

To me, life is a script. And you can create and change the circumstances.
You can rewrite the script of your life.

I would prefer visiting Nairaland than visiting any of my so called sweethearts.
I will gain more from visiting Nairaland that dating or going to a party.
Reading posts of human conversations on Nairaland helps me in the message development of the dialogue of my fiction and other studies of the mentality of humanity in my generation.

I will write the story of every friendship and relationship without hiding any of the facts.
Like I honoured the invitation of an 18 year old member of Nairaland on July 7, 2006, and spent the night making love to her. And I enjoyed it all. Because, she was hot.

My youngest female companion will be 19 in June.
I am sending her to a finishing school to learn how to be a lady.

No aplologies and no regrets.
Finis.

Ciao!
