questionable "fact" could be easily unraveled.
1) why go to the toilet when you have a car to do the act?
2) why make sounds when they would be heard by other customers and workers
3) why remove clothing when other people would come knocking to use the toilet

my dear manntee, i've been reading this thread not wanting to comment but my dear you've got it all wrong.
our concept and notion of decency is whats defined to us by society so we all just on one great big bandwagon. you most especially because you can't even recognize that. in jand its socially acceptable to go to an office and meet the manager smoking. it cannot be tolerated in nigeria. so my dear whats your definition of decency? to smoke or not to smoke?
being impulsive is not animalistic. as a matter of fact i believe it makes us more human. we see a situation as potentially scandalous and we do it anyway, its called free choice , and its one of the key xters of our humanity.
you only want to have sex in your house and probably only on your bed because you think thats what the bandwagon called society sees as acceptable. you are more animalistic for following strict notions like a goat thats knows it goes out to eat and comes back at night at exactly the same time, than me that makes a free decision to go s c r e w my girl in a public restroom
think objectively about that

Really,I don't believe the story at all. *How come they were not apprehended? *How come they were still half naked even after they heard people banging the door? I mean,they had enough time to dress up before the door was forced open,abi someone swore for them? There might be some truth in the story,but I'm sure nobody saw the girls,people just naturally assumed that they must be lesbians to have stayed that long in the toilet(that is if they even entered together,trust paparazzi and lies  .) i beg to defer i don't agree with your veiw and while i would agree that choice and freewill makes us human it must be reasonable choices and freewill now who gets to define that and how to enforce is a subject we can argue till kingdom come. besides who says that i have to have sex only in my bed |

It is totally prohibited and unacceptable. You can be fined, have disciplinary action taken against you, sacked or suspended. It applies in the UK, In different states of the USA (maybe all, I'm not sure) and in many western countries. Smoking in offices has been banned for several years. You can't even smoke in a pub or club or most enclosed public places in the UK anymore except England and even that will be illegal from the 1st of July this year.
