u need to visit my weblog at www.4bloginfos(dot)blogspot(dot)com ,
when it opens, click on "creating and monetizing" on the page.
it will open another page which has all the instructions u need to register for google adsense.

or
 u may just click the google adsense box ( its directly below the google adwords box) u find on my blog page, it will take directly to google adsense page where u can proceed to register.
