Interested candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

a)                 A minimum of second class lower degree, in any discipline, from any recognized university in Nigeria

b)                Not older than 27 years, and remain so on acceptance of the employment offer

c)                 Completed NYSC on or before February 1, 2007
