Simple, i know that solutionscolony once advertised something like that. I also saw an ad once in a national daily.Then i never thought i'd need it.Now i need it but i can't find where to get it. It's actually a pos just like the ones used in cyber cafes.You enter pin and print out the richarge card. You don't need a computer or a printer for that.
