HONESTLY, i don't really buy this idea of going to the banks to drop cv. i believe that submission via net is the best. search for their wsite through, google.

the best option for fidelity at the moment is to go to their head office @ 2 kofo aboyomi vi,thats if you are in lagos it is an insiders advice.
