2 bedroom flat can go for as from 150k to 300k
3 b/r  can go for 180 to  400k
All depends on location . You can count on water but light  is really tough. Afriend is giving out  nice 2br for  300k at Woji

Self -contained  room in PHC costs at least  65k minimum. It goes for upto 100k in  very accessible areas.
BQs should be available in  GRA for upto 70k

Prices are not bad, considering the salary, that some folks are commanding in Nigeria. If you are making like 3 million Naira a year in Naija, and pay just 400k a year, that's big savings.

I would think so@naijacutee. Isnt it nice that one's rent for the whole year can be paid with a month's paycheck?

Hi Kingzy
I would like to advise that you be very careful as you search for accommodation in PH. There are lots of 419 agents here. You are prone to them the more if you exhibit any desperation. Some will take you to uncompleted buildings and tell you to pay a certain amount to enable the landlord complete it and you move. DO NOT take part in any arrangment like this. Self-contain apartments in GRA cost as much as 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in some areas. WHY? Students are the greatest 'consumers' of self-contains. Only God knows where they get their money from!  I wish you all the best in your quest for a suitable apartment but JUST BE CAREFUL!  Try as much as you can not to do a cash transaction! Ensure that you meet the landlord and try to ask one or two people around the area where the property is located.
