Hi evrybody,my name is Paul Andrew(GSM Engineer)-I'm having problem configuring the CCCH of a LAC for a busy area which also serves as the edge of a location area.I would appreciate any prompt advice within the next few days.
Also what is the default value for RACH_MAX_RETRANS.Thank u
