Private Secondary Sch And Fed. Govt Sch

Do u know that some parents pay close to half a millon naira as a child sch. fees in a private secondary sch?
Do u also know that most of these wards get execelent result at the end of the session?
I feel the owners of these schools deceive parent about their wards by giving them good report so that the can continues acting mugun .
And i also believe that a best foundation a child can have is in her primary sch and not secondary sch.
They pay few thousands in FGC and they don't deceive parents.
House, this is what i feel,  what do u think ?
