The Nigerian soap on air that I love very much is Domino.

When did you actually leave Nigeria?  There is a lot of improvement now.  I mean, there are different soap operas on  different TV channels.  Super Story is good but it is not super anymore.

Any of you guys remember 'Fortune'? or was it 'Tender Fortune'? The soap featured Askia; Mr. Gomez; etc.

What about 'Out Of Bounds' with Richard Mofe-Damijo and other powerful Nigerian actors/actresses in the cast?  I think STV broadcast's it every Thursday at 7:30pm to 8.00pm.  I'm trying to watch it right now.

I was in Nigeria last week and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed TV as well as just about everything else minus the roads and the drivin! Africa Magic is a really good station and had a lot of real good programmes, I watched one soap last Sunday evening centred around a family, was really good, kind of reminded me of Adio family back in the days but can't remember the name, also watched some people break the world longest dancing party record on silverbird station I think its called, they danced for 52 hrs non stop, that was fun, also lots of reality tv shows, really good ones too, I had a great time TV watching!  Cheesy

dont even bother soaps in nigeria sucks
we have the worse movie industry in the world
every thinks its the bomb but i think its not
lets nnt decieve ourselves our movies r bad bad bad
dont even try to tell me they are trying
thats a lame excuse for being wack
infact who remembers movies like
cock crow at don, abiku, evil encounter, adios family and the rest of them
where is nigeria heading movie wise
well i hope to be one of those that will bring about the change in our movie industry

Exactly snazzy. Though it was poorly scripted and filmed, i still believe the storyline was superb and i was a devout follower of the series then.

didnt the poster in question say Nigerian SOAP OPERAS

so why is someone going about Nigerian movies

back to topic
I jus love Domino, been sing the soundtrack all evening
others of note are

SUPER STORY
FUJI HOUSE OF COMMOTION
EDGE OF PARADISE(shown on DSTV)
DEAR MOTHER
HEAVENS GATE
EVERYDAY PEOPLE

many of the rest are not worth their airtime

some other programs i like watching that are not soap operas
the BUZZ anchored by young kids 8--14 year olds
GOLDEN ROCKAS-sponsored by Nestle its a secondary school dance competition its nothing like YOU GOT SERVED but its a good place to start
then the music and entertainment shows like E360 , SOUNDCITY, WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE

nigerian soaps some r good some r wack, stv has started showing 2 new ones
FAMILY TIES: imagine a soap opera you can'teven blend with the first time you watch it
THE BACHELORS: seems to have a good plot and good actors too.
if i was to rate nigerian moves as a whole including their tendencies to be cancelled of air i would rate
them for 4 over 10. Undecided Undecided Undecided Undecided

After Camila was sentenced,She told her mother that she will be the one to take care of her baby when she give birth.Wanita as already told Alehandro that camila is pregnant,so alahandro went to prison to pay camila a visit in other to confirm  from camila who the father of her baby is,But flavio as already told alahandro that he is the father of the baby so camila comfirmed it.He could not believe His eyes.
