does anyone remember this movie? or drama? I was watching a movie and i suddenly remembered the phrase and i'm sure it's from a nollywood movie that was really popular like over 10 years ago. what was it about? i'm not sure if the right name is yemi but i think it is.  |

oh my bad  I was watching a movie yesterday eternal sunshine of the spotless mind and then i got to the part where the guy was remembering stuff from childhood and then I tried to see if i can do that. I remembered a bunch of things from when i was 6 or 5 and "yemi my lover" was one of those things. I don't really remember the movie but i remembered that there was a kid in my class called yemi and we sang the song in class to taunt him till he cried and then we got in trouble for making fun of him. I'm still trying to remember what happened in the movie/ what the movie was about, but it's not working. I really want to see that movie again. It was reallllly popular then.  can someone who remembers the plot or what happened in the movie, tell me. I remember there was a lot of singing |

Good ol' memories.
Yemi's collections were really cool.
I remember when my folks and I used
to watch them in the early 90s.
We would stay up all night and watch.
He also acted YEMI IN THE MOON,
SUMISOLA, YEMI TUNRAYO.
I enjoyed those songs that they sang.
