Lagos Pictures

Tinubu Sqaure
, Probably the most recognized place in Lagos.

The CBD is much cleaner now. I am positive that Fashola will continue, what Tinubu Started.

Nice pictures of the CBD.

You can always tell the quality of work of Julius Berger, I am happy they were given the revitalization project.

What Fashola has to do is maintain it; don't wait till it gets completely worn out before paying attention to the roads. They also need to ban those street hawkers from flocking these areas.

I have read somewhere that the property values of the buildings have begun to rise in the CBD in light of this initiative by Tinubu. Good News !

The CBD, is the Central Business District, which is considered to be in Lagos Island, although V.I is now expanding and now has its own CBD.

I didn't take any of those Pictures. I get them from Image Hosting Websites. Wink

I believe that is the stadium in Suru-lere finally completed after god knows how
many years.

It is good for the Lagos State govt. to have this facility, hopefully it will be mantained.
The only pity is that it took so long to build. I don't suppose any changes were made to the original
blueprint because frankly it looks like a stadium built by the Chinese or Bulgarians from the 1970s.

Took a record 22 years to build, if memory serves me right.

I don't think that there was much that the developers could have done concerning any architectural or aesthetic alterations.

Not exactly a Master Piece, but it is complete, and it has good facilities.

Banana Island is going to be sweet, when all the buildings are complete.

The tallest building in Africa will be built there.
