I'm not sure of the list of ingredients but i believe the taste should be something like sour-sweet. As in sweet, but sour at the same time, i do know that one of the ingredients is soured milk

it's spelled yoghurt too. there are different spellings to it. anyways, it's thick, sour (when there's no sugar or flavor added). but really good. It's healthy and fills your tummy. it has the healthy bacteria too that's good if you're trying to loose weight or maintain weight. i don't think its fattening if you don't eat out of proportion. http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Yogurttells how to make it
