can't say o, for me its same as asking whos better bw 2Pac and BIG.
From my perspective, their styles are different, Dre predominantly produces rap/hip-hop while Timbalands forte is RnB. So its kind of tough to compare let alone say whos better, but both of them are darn GOOD!
