Staying Fit
« on: December 24, 2005, 10:20 PM »

What are some of the best ways to stay fit?

What is your daily fitness routine?

What is an alternative way to lose your gut without doing sit ups?

Many people desire to be fit but sometimes don't know what the steps are or have a hard time finding something that works for them.  Please share.

U'll stay fit if the calories you take isnt much more than that u expend. Watch what you eat.

Also note that staying fit aint same as staying slim. I've seen slim people who have to wriggle just to get up from a low seat.

There are slimming belts which use elctromagnetic radiations to melt the fats but i still believe in doing aerobics because u build stamina and strenght as well.

I jog for 3 miles at my local park and i also go swimming once a week. Jogging is a very good way of losing weight as you burn up a lot of calories and it keeps you fit as well.
I normally go for a jog during the weekends, but my daily routine is a 30 minute brisk walk to my local train station every morning on my way to work and in the evening on my way back.

Eating ALOT! No junk food, just stuffs low in calories, and good foods. No JUNK.

Swimming, real good way of staying fit.

Do some sit ups when I'm in a good mood.

using my Ab Lounge, and the exercise bicycle.

And dancing.

Of course i don't do this everyday, but yeah it helps me stay fit!

Sex is actually advised to stay fit.
No form of exercise stretches the spine like sex (moderately and protected)
