u mean effectively predict natural disasters in a timely manner so people can evacuate, i don't know about controlling the weather unless this project wont see the light for another 75yrs

The UAE Palm Island looks better than this, this one doesnt seem to have a definite shape or a bit like horse-shoe  Undecided

well house that achitechtural masterpiece is just too awsome! u need to watch the documentary in discovery to really appreciate the work those guys did over there @ the PALS DUBAI.
