Wildlife/game Reserve

Where are the best wild life game reserves in Africa? I learnt they have a very good one in Kenya. Can anybody help me about info as to how to get to kenya i.e where is their embassy located in Nigeria and what are their requirements for a tourist visa. I'll appreciate all positive response. Tnx
