To start with, my school is LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY OGBOMOSO.

The Anthem is;

Arise oh sing, oh ladokites

Ever militant, ever reasonable

Fighting for peace and unity

Intimidation we condone not.

Great lautech i'm proud of you

Great lautech you made me whole

Let's join hands to make her great

I attended Our Lady of Apostles Secondary School Yaba Lagos.
Verse 1
Queen of apostles oh Mary we hail thee
Queen and mother of us thou art
As we pour sweet praises upon thee
As they rise from our loving hearts
When they reach thee beyond the skies
Grant to us your merciful eyes
Chorus
Watch o'er our children
Our queen and our mother
, (can't figure out the word) to our service our hearts are sworn
Pray for us,speak for us,walk with us,plead for us
Queen of our apostles
The star of the morning.

I don't know the rest of the anthem.

Where are the ex-FGC Warri people at?

I can see my former school tune here and it brings back memories of annoyingly long assemblies on Mondays and Fridays.

Ah. Great FedGoCol. I thee revere.

   Where all the guys from the real "SUPER MAN COLLEGE" of Port-Harcourt?Where are the Hit Men of that school in those days who have what it takes to bring PHC to a standtill whenever they deem it necessary and they always did it in all Ramifications.I won't let it come down my eyes but I'll let the song cry.I am seeing it coming down my eyes but I gotta let the song cry.
  I am a Proud product of Stella Maris College(SMC),PHC popularly known as Super Man College(SMC).Thats one of the best schools PHC can boast of.This is my school's anthem,

In the year 1948
Stella Maris was born
By Roman Catholic Mission
In Port-harcourt
From St.Mary's compound
   Men sorry SMC  thats all I can remember.It's been long I left UHope to see you grow in strengths and might.Your tentacles are felt worldwild.We promised respect before leaving and we aint going to forget that.
  Without SMC,PHC won't rock in all ramifications of the academic realm.Very soon,without you,Nigeria won't rock because when the sun don't shine,the son can't shine.

this is my secondary school anthem(qc) i can properly remmeber my primary one

pas on the torch still brightly gleaming,
Pass on the hopes, the earnest dreaming
To those who follow close at hand.
Pass on the thoughts, the skills, the learning;
Pass on the secret in most yearning
That they may build where we have planned.

Pass on the songs, pass on the laughter,
Pass on the joy that others after
May tread more lightly on their way.
Pass on the faith that naught can alter,
Pass on the strength lest they should falter
In hours of stress some future day.

Pass on the firm determination
To guide a later generation
By gentle influence in the home.
Pass on the health, the youthful vigour,
Pass on the love that can transfigure,
The darkest hours that yet may come.

Pass on the torch, the cry inspring
Unites us here in hopes untiring,
In bonds no future years can sever.
We forward press not backward turning;
That this our torch more brightly burning
May yet pass on and on forever.

@julee
u go girl! that u ave said the anthem for me my primary anthem! Grin

it's Rudyard Kipling's Children's song, it's quite llong, but here it is.

The Children’s Song
Rudyard Kipling

LAND of our Birth, we pledge to thee
Our love and toil in the years to be;
When we are grown and take our place,
As men and women with our race.
Father in Heaven who lovest all.
Oh help Thy children when they call;
That they may build from age to age,
An undefiled heritage.

Teach us to bear the yoke in youth,
With steadfastness and careful truth;
That, in our time, Thy Grace may give
The Truth whereby the Nations live.

Teach us to rule ourselves alway,
Controlled and cleanly night and day;
That we may bring, if need arise,
No maimed or worthless sacrifice.

Teach us to look in all our ends,
On Thee for judge, and not our friends;
That we, with Thee, may walk uncowed
By fear or favour of the crowd.

Teach us the Strength that cannot seek,
By deed or thought, to hurt the weak;
That, under Thee, we may possess
Man's strength to comfort man’s distress.

Teach us Delight in simple things,
And Mirth that has no bitter springs;
Forgiveness free of evil done,
And Love to all men ’neath the sun!

Land of our Birth, our faith, our pride,
For whose dear sake our fathers died;
Oh Motherland, we pledge to thee,
Head, heart, and hand through the years to be!

@ staq

I was about to say the same 'til i saw ur comment. Here it is

Government College Ibadan (GCI)

School of our pride built on the rock,
By order, justice and fairplay ruled,
May what we dare to learn from thee in youth
Be our guidelight throughout our lives
School of our pride we build on thee.
Service is to others not to self,
Consideration for our Nation first,
By our examples and not by precept,
Show honest labours dignity,
School of our pride we build on thee.
Generations shall come and go,
But our pride youth will for aye remain,
May be not in the confines of your walls,
But in Alumni world-renowned.
School of our pride we build on thee.

UP School!

Great Ife!
