The PS2 Emulator for PC is called PCSX2. Use google to search for where to download it. It's all over the web on emulator sites. Emulating a PS2 on PC requires the PC to be a strong machine. Nothing less than a dual core processor with a very good graphic card. It also requires an expert on configuration, but once done, you don't need a PS2. Most games in the PS2 library are compatible with PCSX2

the last time i checked, PCSX2 cant take advantage of multi core processors.
