Hey, i dont think there is any p2 emulator just yet that can play any commercial games but it can play just demo's here is a link to the site where you can download the emulator and all it pluggins. http://www.emuxhaven.net/ps2.shtml it would take a while before an emulator that can play ps2 games. |

Ive read through this forum, and I still need help.
I'm simply trying to play my PS1 games on my desktop PC, thats it, nothing more.. I downloaded the ePSXe, and the Delta 2.0 it said i MUST instal or ePSXe wouldnt work.. ok, so i did that, installed both. Delta is now running, and when i open ePSXe, and try to do anything, it says im not configured for video.. to go to Config.Video.. i go there, and it wants the location of the ps1 bios.. how am i suppose to direct ot to a ps1 bios, when my bios is on my PS1?
I am new to this emulation stuff, and just started looking into this today. This is confusing me greatly.

dblock, i can answer your question at least. to find rom games do a google search for rom games and as for a gameboy advance emulator go here www.doheth.co.uk/roms it has rom games for gameboy and an emulator. hope this helps.   |

oh, and by the way codec u know pcsx2 have released version 0.9
huge dissapointment! I'm getting less than 1 fram per second on my 768 meg ram radeon 9800 pro equipped machine!
ps2 emulation is still faaaar off.

yeah that's pathetic. yeah cant' remember which version i downloaded but i tried it again two weeks ago with a racing game (can't remember the name) by namco. i'm sure i was getting less that I fps on my own geforce 6200. i deleted it one time. i'll wait anyway, PS2 isn't exactly retro yet.  |

 hi every one I got a question concerning ps 2 games. i actually downloaded a playstation 2 game i tryed to copy it on cd or even dvd but i didn't work becasue it is 2.56 GB too big ! so is there any method to make it work from my pc instead od burning it on a cd or dvd or whatever[/b] thank you for reading my message

@sid, the bin files are very easy to find. use google!
@memo2006, use the emulator pcsx2, version 0.9 or better. It has a feature that allows it to launch directly. then look for a program called 'daemontools.' it can mount the giant file you downloaded in a fake dvd drive, this will fool the program.
All in all, i advise u to stop wasting your time: ps2 games can nOT be played at full speed. you will only be dissapointed!

Hey all ino this isnt about PS2 but i cood realy use som help. I got a PS1 (secondhand) today and i was wondering if i cood download PS1 games off the net, burn them to a cd, and play em on the PS1 (assuming it is chipped)

sure u can! go to http://www.stationiso.us.tt/ and u cn download games in iso format. burn them with alcohol 120% (search google for that!) and u can get them runin on ur machine. But WTF?! PS1 games are selling for N200 in the open market now. either uve got 10Mbps broadband and a stack of cds in ur house, or ure just plain, weird anyway, hope this came in handy, just started using a PS1 emualtor for pocket pc devices. still a bit of a trip running ps games from my fone, |

just been reading thru this forum, so many of the questions u guys asked could have been easily solved with a little googling. been in th emu scene for years now, have installed SNES, Genesis, PS1 and Arcade emus for xbox and dreamcast consoles, run snes games from nokia 6600 & 6630 fones , flipped xbox hdds, installed evox and linux on xbox hdds (first in naija!) and i can give u this advice; Forums are the key! check forums online for tips and guides. easiest way to get info from the net. try see if u can get access to newsgroups. ive used easynews.com in the past and i really dopwnloaded lots of stuff off there. check out http://www.ngemu.com -- for general emu news also ive gotten lots of stuff from yahoo groups. you'd be surprised d amount of stuff u can get from yahoo groups. for instance, if ure looking for GBA roms, u can run a search for groups with GBA as a search item. invariably, ure gonna stumble on one or two (or many) with a downloads section. anyone need help, pm me |

U said u have a snes emu for series 60 phones, pls dont tell me its VSUN!!! if it is i advise u to uinstall it sharpsharp or u may need to go for a reflash soon,
