I think my best friend has feelings for me, and she's a female! She recently opened up to me and confessed to me that she was Bisexual, and now she's been showing signs of affection for me. I'm not Bisexual and she knows I have a boyfriend, how can I tell her in the nicest way possible that i'm not interested in her without her getting her feelings hurt.

Allow me to ask if you noticed the so-called affections of you friend before or after she confided her bisexuality to you. If after, then consider that you might be misinterpreting her because you feel uncomfortable with the knowledge.
Regardless, you say that this lady is your friend. Your best friend. That being the case, neither she nor you would wish to compromise your friendship over what could be a misunderstanding. So, since you're friends, have a quiet talk about it. That's what friends do. IF she's interested in you sexually, let her know that, while you cherish her friendship, you're wishing it to be on platonic terms. If you and she are truly friends, she'll respect that, and you'll have a stronger friendship as a result.

You should talk to her about what you noticed and if she denies it, you go on with your life. Afterall, she hasn't told you she loves you and wants you to be hers forever, right? It could really be your imagination running away with you!
And unless you are also bisexual, her affections for you wouldn't bother you because you know already that you only deal with men.

the worst thing for ur friendship will be for u to tell her how u feel and knowing you were wrong about her advances. as a friend she should respect ur space and would know how u feel about her. so don't jump into conclusion till u are totally sure. most bisexual girls tend to be affectionate anyways and people mistake that for advances towards them
