I believe you've read d previous posts. If you've configured d settings and d g sign or your gprs sign ain't there, that means you've to visit celtel to register your number on their gprs network. You can also keep on sendin *wapgprs * phone name* phone model to 184, later they'll send you d settings. Make sure you've like 5 box in your account or else, those guys 'll just charge you.
