My fellow brothers and sisters in this forum. I have a sister whose his GCE result was totally 'HELD', She was never involve in exam malpractice. All other candidate in his centre result was released. please kindly assist in the step she should take. As this wil be her sixth attemp of GCE. please ur contribution wil b appreciated.
