Php Form Not On Host

Am a web developer, and i just came across tripod domain, i buy d domain< have 3 domains Credited to me> and i host them on free hosting, Now the problem is, i upload via ftp, because most of my programs are done offline, When d link gets to d php link, instead of delivering to mail, it downloads the page, I even changed d dns back to tripod' , Same story, Somebody help, ma clients are waiting
