You seem to have a case so why not petition the EFCC and publish the petition on the dailies (Thisday, Guardian), put it in the public domain.

Just a website wont achieve nada, if the facts can be verified then forward a petition, even if nothing is done maybe because of loyalty to Aso rock, a petition in public domain achieves a lot, but again you need to consider the technicalities am sure you can get a solicitor for free.
