If am to answer faithfully, bearing in mind that every nation is blessed with beautifull women, i will sincerlly name BRASIL!
From every ideological interpretation of beauty, its basically a broad spectrum of physical attributes such as, LOVELY HAIR, PERFECT DENTITION,

I read some people nominating swedish ladies, i TOTALLY this agree. Those white ladies got great hips, however they don't have the skin to qualify.

ROMBL, Brazillia is also WORLD PLASTIC SURGERY CENTER, Just cause you see a couple nice looking brazillian ladies as models does not mean that is the story of the majority there. Women in brazil start going for plastic surgery at an early age. Try show up at the beaches and you will see many who are willing to tell you the truth .

VENEZUELA, most of their women have had breasts & buttocks tuck. When I was in Los Angeles last xmas there was a documentary I loved watching. One of the doctors, Dr. Rey, a renowned plastic surgeon had to travel to Venezuela to find out what makes their women so beautiful and why they always win beauty pageants. In the course of interviewing their women he found out that majority had had buttocks tuck.
