I discovered one thing that d way Nigerians make our cake is different from the way some of these oyinbos make their cakes.
U can imagine a big birthday cake at walmart,sobeys,all this big oyinbo stores will cost u just  $5 to $15 and is just tooo light in texture.Whereas small Nigerian cake will cost u $70 dollars but the difference is clear oooooo in taste, its loook, texture and all what not.
That is why I don't enjoy using oyinbo method for cake makingor visiting any of their sites to make cakes but rather wants an expert from Niger ile

you are right. i only like their chocolate cakes, Brownies and cheesecake. I rarely eat them though.

Nigeria cakes taste real good.
