Please I need informations as where I can get funding to start an ICE COLD BLOCK making business. This business is highly lucrative whereby you can make up the startup capital back in one year. People look for ICE BLOCK everyday to sell there products and for weekend parties.

I will be glad if I can get good information on wehere I can go to financial backing without colateral.  I know that federal Goverment set aside over Five Billions naira for this SME project but is hard to access this loan in the commercial bank like First Bank and others.
