Buy the magazine called Castles. Beware of 419 though, I met loads who placed adverts.

For a good service station, you should estimate about 70 MILLION  although you can get a few for about 45 million naira.

Beware of 419 oh,them boku 4 nigeria especially in lagos because i wonder where u are going to get filling station for that ridiculous price of N10mil if nt from 419ner,41ten & 41eleven them.

thx bro,   me ke,   not interested in any empty-stations oh,  not my line of biz,    when d time comes for on the ground biz,  it'll reveal itself ultmately.  I don't venture into what I don't comprehend.   Thx anywayz.

It is unbelievable how things are priced in Naija ranging from land to other items of business. Everyone just puts a price and funny enough people pay for them. I hope the government finds a way to control the resulting inflation if not, Naija will need a miracle to solve the consequential propblems that come with it.
