The theme of the 1-day forum is "Enhancing IT Penetration in Nigeria:
Imperative for the success of the PC Installmental Payment Schemes".

Sub themes include:
1. Installmental Payment Schemes for PCs
2. Certification of Local PC Brands
3. Local Content Development
4. Pertinent Policy Issues

The aim of the Forum is to articulate strategies that would engender
enhanced IT penetration in Nigeria in all ramifications with optimal participation
of all stakeholders and beneficiaries for sustainable development.
