Nigerian Restaurant Outside London

hey guys!!!!

Does anyone have ideas on opening a Nigerian restaurant (guess we could call it African) in the UK. Up North to be precise. Is there anything that could be done to attract non Nigerians to the place or the few Nigerians that exist there.

G-o into the universities or colleges around the area distribute leaflets with prices and delivery

-you should also be able to advertise in other afro-Caribbean foodstores

-Make sure it is in the main city centre or near

-and churches too african/nigerian churches
