No Signal On My PC Monitor

please someone should help on this problem. my monitor show no signal. i have bought new VGA is still the same problem. what do you think is the problem and how can i solve it. the system is pentium 2 but very sound one. i will appreciate every opinion or ideas. thanks

Test a different monitor on your system and then test your monitor on a different system. Good luck!
