Problem When I Retrived My Line

plesase i need help i lost my phone andi got a new one and then went to retrive the line and it says ( smi card registration failed ) the name of the phone is nokia 3230  i don't know what is happing please help me  i retrived it on th 30/03/2007 mail me if you can help me bettybricks@gmail.com    I WANT ANSWERS NOW PLZ
