C'mon, even the biggest prep/test providers don't give the kind of assurance in your tone.
One thing for sure is that these certifications don't use a static set of question. Repititions maybe, but there's is not guarantee for a 100% exact as any dump you can find out there. Believe me, I have a number of these certificates myself.
Best bet for anyone out there is the 'TESTKING materials'

Maleeq, you are only confused. I have given people dumps who have scored 1000/1000 in Microsoft Certification exams, and a friend who bought dumps from me for Oracle 10g scored a 100% and more others out there. I have written certification exams also and I know what I am talking about. Am not being rude, just trying to correct your point. Thanks. Eta.

So, reading dumps and not practical experience is what you advocate for now?
I still hold my view though that no matter how good the dumps you may have, 100% is not a guarantee. I have OFFICIAL copies of Testking materials for the MCSE 2003 Security as well as the CCNA/CCNP. So I know how much they come close to the real tests.
My advice is, practicals would go a long way still(Imagine getting employed when you know little or nothing about the hands-on?).
Hook these guys up with a practicals as well and I'll blow your trumpet even louder

I do not say read dumps and pass without knowing the practical aspect. However with my dumps you can pass the exams with A+ without knowing the practicals, however I advice that you have some practical knowledge not just the certificate. However my dumps are not from Testking because they are not the best. What you see in my dumps are Word for Word with the exams, I am Oracle Certified so I know what I am talking about. Thanks.
