Here are a couple of new drama tv series i have watched in the past year. If there are other good shows out there please share.
Please cast your vote and explain why its your favorite. Also tell us your favoriate Character .
For me my fav right now is Heroes. I love how the different story lines all merge into one. The cross-stories between the characters. and how things are slowy driving us towards the big picture.

OMG!!!! I love Hiro!!!!! I think he's so adorable, so naive, so determined and a bit delusional  I love Issac Mendez too, sexy painter, what can i say, he appeals to my artistic side  Then there's Jessica and Nicky Sanders - The whole split personality thing is what intrigues me. Want to see who overpowers whom (I know Nicky would, but Jessica would be much more fun) Yeah Heroes is ma new show. Hmmmmm i also like the Petrelli brother who is a politician,(the other one is a bit of a sissy) can't remember his name right now though, he can be so annoyingly blase and how can i forget, the invisible man. Love him, he is so refreshingly cynical, its wonderful!
What you said about the whole different individual stories merging into one is what i like, i can't wait till they all come together and converge, i wonder what will happen after that. Ohhhh that Haitian guy is a Naija dude right? He's the same guy in Phat Girls shebi?

You mean Peter Petreli. He actually has the greatest power of all. Ability to absorb other peoples powers. The Haitain is actaully from Haiti and not nigerian even though he acted as a Nigerian in Phat girls. what do u think about Sylar.  |

Oh ok thanks, thought he was naijan. Yeah Peter Petrelli, not really feeling him, he's cute and has amazing powers but don't know not yet diggin him. Prefer his brother even though he can be a jerk sometimes.
Sylar, hot damn! Love him! His psychotic tendencies are intriguing to watch. Am always amazed how he gets to fool people, very devious. I'd really like to see how his brain works! How exactly does he get the powers of those he kills? Does he eat their brains i wonder? Am only in season 1, can't wait for the next season, really want to see how Peter escapes Sylar.
NB: Mohinder Suresh is totally HOTTT!!! i drool for him

Free i like her (cheerleader) adopted father, he can only be that way working the kind of job he's in.
He reminds me of that guy in Prison Break, the bodyguard  handler??? of madam president. Mystery and connections.

Because it says "new" not old. The options given are series only into either season 2 or 3. 24 is in what season?

A show with 3 seasons is not "new". And I don't understand how Lost, in particular, can be regarded as "new".

Lol, its still relatively new well especially if you are not living in the states. Ok i wanted to say Prison break is old but i forgot its only in season 2 or have they entered season 3. Nwayz, certains series have more episodes than others in a season, hence sometimes it seems the show has been on forever. I do get your point though

Well all the series in the list are either in season one or two. so they are relatively new although i guess the newest in the bunch is Heroes, Day break and Kyle XY , maybe i should have added Ugly Betty as well.
I think Peter Petreli is more powerfull than Sylar. Basically Sylar needs to kill a super heroe to get his powers while Peter just needs to be near.
Am very sure Sylar is going to turn out to be the Villian

@Candylips, sure Peter is more powerful. Sylar from the get go i knew was the villian especially when he posed as Dr. Suresh to interview that first guy and ended up killing the dude. What about that girl who can morph into other people, i think her powers are cool. But for some reason i don't really like that policeman who can hear people's thoughts

hmm avent heard/seen heroes,probably avent aired here yet! am a huge fan of Prison Break N Lost,too bad i cudnt vote for both,my fav characters in prison break is Michael Scofield not just because he's hot,his character is intriguin~T-bag is a close second Dunno if y'll ave seen/heard about ~Shark starrin James Wood~am on series 1 episode 3 ! am a sucker for any court-room drama,its a great watch so far,will c how it turns out |

So i watched episode 19 of Season 1. Hot Hot Hot!! LOL and again the ending left me mad because i can't get episode 20 anywhere to see what happened. Hiro present met Hiro future. And Linderman got micah without Jessica knowing. Oh oohhh Jessica is going to go ballistic i know and start ripping limbs all over the place again. I loved the encounter between Isaac and Sylar, but i think in his (Sylar's) quest to understand the power of Isaac before taking that power might be his downfall. Someone i just know will come and rescue Isaac. Ohhhhh love the fight between Peter and Sylar, hehehe the trick with the broken glass was unexpected but real quick thinking on his (sylar) feet.

I read somewhere that Sulu (Hiro's dad) is going to be the one who teaches him to use the sword, and Linderman is going to do something with Nathan Petrilli's wife. Heal her maybe? But Linderman never does anything without a desired effect or purpose. He's manipulative and quiet brilliant!

Watched episode 22, again we are left hanging and salivating to watch the next installment. Ok i have to admit am getting more and more in LIKE with Sylar. Episode 21 was the bomb! showed his evil geniusness. He is getting up there on my list of favorite baddest villians. Evil i tell ye, pure evil.
